Day 1 – Fly to Johannesburg
Overnight flight to Johannesburg.

Day 2 – Arrive in South Africa & Transfer to Sebatana Rhino Lodge
Enjoy a scenic transfer to Sebatana Rhino Lodge. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and settling into your surroundings.

Day 3 – Sebatana Private Reserve & Game Drive
Explore Sebatana Private Reserve with expert guides, learning about the area’s wildlife and flora. Later, enjoy a game drive to Christina’s Wallow, a popular waterhole frequented by zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, impalas and more. End the day with a complimentary wine tasting before dinner.

Day 4 – Welgevonden Game Reserve Big Five Safari
Travel to Welgevonden Game Reserve, located within the UNESCO-listed Waterberg Biosphere Reserve, for an exciting Big Five game drive. This exclusive reserve is home to lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalo and elephants. This evening, you may choose to join an optional night safari.

Day 5 – Bush Walk & Game Drive
Join a guided bush walk through Sebatana Private Reserve and discover the smaller details of the African bush, from local plants to animal habitats. After lunch, enjoy another game drive in search of the reserve’s wildlife. This evening, an optional tribal experience offers insight into South Africa’s indigenous cultures.

Day 6 – Leisure Day or Optional Echoes of the Past Excursion
Spend the day relaxing at the lodge or join the optional Echoes of the Past excursion. Explore Kaingo Private Reserve on an early-morning game drive and visit fascinating archaeological sites featuring ancient stone tools, Bushman paintings and early human shelters.

Day 7 – Bush Brunch Safari Experience
Set out on an early-morning game drive when wildlife is at its most active. Later, enjoy a traditional African brunch at Kudu Rock overlooking the bushveld. The afternoon is free to relax or explore the reserve’s walking trails. A complimentary wine tasting is included before dinner.

Day 8 – Sunset Rock Safari & Sundowner
This morning, there is the option to join a final Big Five game drive in Kaingo Game Reserve. Later, enjoy a memorable safari to Sunset Rock, where you’ll watch the sun set over the Waterberg Mountains while enjoying a traditional sundowner. Celebrate your final evening with a farewell dinner.

Day 9 – Johannesburg & Return Flight
Depart Sebatana and travel back to Johannesburg with a packed lunch provided. Depending on opening schedules, visit either the Apartheid Museum and Hector Pieterson Memorial in Johannesburg or the Voortrekker Monument in Pretoria before transferring to the airport for your overnight flight home.

Day 10 – Arrive in the UK
Arrive back in the UK after an unforgettable South African safari adventure.
